This P3 project from inception was unique in discovery and Madison was at the forefront. While renovating the CHA Caroline Hedger Project, Madison’s Owner (Rob Ferrino) noticed there was a large underutilized parking lot next to the Hedger. It was that moment that spearheaded the development, The Concord at Sheridan. Madison provided design-assist services collaborating concepts between the owner, developer and the architect while providing budget guidance along the way. Madison Construction then assumed the role of General Contractor.
